The award-winning University of Melbourne offers 35 new (DPI) International postgraduate research scholarships available to international students. This initiative is funded by the Government of Australia and will be awarded to international students who wish to carry out postgraduate research degree studies at University.
for international students scholarships cover full tuition fees for each year of the course and provide the health coverage for foreign students annual (OSHC). The selection will be based on the eligibility criteria and academic merits. Applications must be submitted until May 31, 2015.
scholarships are awarded in all subjects offered by the University of Melbourne. To be considered for the DPI, you must:
be an international applicant (i.e., a citizen of a country that is Australia or New Zealand, and not a permanent resident in Australia.) and comply with the international requirements for student visa.
Having completed tertiary studies which are at least equivalent to a 4-year degree at an Australian University with a minimum result of first class honours
Have requested admission to undertake research master or PhD degree for research in the University of Melbourne.
Not be enrolled in the course for which it seeks scholarship.
