Resolution of June 20, 2012, of the Secretary of State for education, vocational training and universities, by which summon grants for the period 2012-2013 of the national program of mobility of human resources in the framework of the National Plan of scientific research, development and technological innovation 2008-2011.

the present call aims to facilitate the temporary incorporation of our university teaching staff and researchers at universities, large facilities, laboratories and foreign research centers, with the intention that expand their knowledge and improve their academic competence, which will benefit the University system and Spanish r & d.

with this objective, the call picks up two types of rooms that encourage mobility in different moments of the research and university teaching career, ranging from young doctors who have joined recently the educational bodies University and new figures of contracted staff, until the phase of professors and researchers SRS.

in this program can participate the servants or hired from public entities for research and units that perform activities of scientific research, technological development or innovation industry, attached to ministerial departments or dependent, or linked to the regional public administrations.

in this call, joins, for both modalities of the programme of stays of mobility of teachers and Spanish researchers in foreign centres, the granting of a certain number of stays in the United States.The U.S., in collaboration with the Fulbright Commission.

grants may be requested for the two modes described in chapter II, within the program of stays of mobility of teachers and Spanish researchers in foreign centres.

• mode a. stays of professors and researchers SRS in foreign centres, including the “Salvador de Madariaga” programme.

• mode B. stays of mobility abroad «José Castillejo» for young doctors.
