Obra Social la Caixa, with the desire to contribute to the enhancement of the human potential existing in all its scope and convinced of the importance of scientific progress, research, mobility and vocational qualification for the development of society, offers 65 grants to pursue postgraduate studies at universities or centres of higher education in countries of the European space of higher education (EEES), except Spain, which already provides a specific call.
studies to be carried out are masters or PhD. Basic training in scientific and technical research projects are also supported, depending on the interest of the topic and the worth of the candidate.
scholarships for study in Germany are offered in collaboration with the German service of academic exchange (DAAD). Persons that are beneficiaries of one of these scholarships will be considered as the Caixa and DAAD fellows.
scholarships for study in France are offered in collaboration with the Embassy of France in Spain. Persons that are beneficiaries of one of these scholarships will be considered as Fellows of the Caixa and the French Government.
