The Lagrange Institute offers scholarships to international students studying physics, astrophysics, physics astroparticle and Cosmology and nuclear physics at the level of master 2 (M2).
the period of the fellowship is from September 2015 to June 2016.
registration could take place at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC) in the Master of physics and application in the following 2 programs Master:
National Plan of action (nuclei, particle, astroparticle and Cosmology / Noyaux, Particules, Astroparticules et cosmology)-Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Université Paris Diderot, Université Paris Sud
ENSUITE (Astronomie, spatial et Ingénierie astrophysics / astronomy, Astrophysics and space engineering)-Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Observatory of Université Paris Diderot, Paris, Université Paris-Sud, École Normale Supérieure
The main objective of the career of the school is to offer the opportunity to the first class of international students with an excellent background in physics to study in Paris, broad topics such as Astrophysics, cosmology, particle and nuclear physics, physics astroparticle, etc. This program is a way of training future researchers in the initial stages of their scientific careers.
a monthly scholarship of €1.100 is offered from September 1 until June 30 of the academic year. During the academic training, the student will be enrolled for an internship (3-3, 5 months) master’s degree in Astrophysics, physics astroparticle, high-energy physics, nuclear physics, theoretical physics, which is granted at least €450 / month (to be granted by the laboratory of accommodation). €500 dedicated to the installation fee will also be provided.
for selected candidates will be provided by UPMC Services administrative support to establish visa, help with registration at the University and the daily questions.
