This program is designed to provide knowledge even more future leaders in politics, law, economy and management according to the principles of good governance and prepare them in a course of praxis oriented for his professional life. The program offers very good graduate with a university degree the opportunity to obtain a master’s degree in disciplines that are of particular relevance to the social, political and economic development of their country of origin. With this program, the DAAD intends to contribute to the maintenance of the structures of governance and civil society in the countries and regions selected partners.

You can apply any highly qualified graduate with a first university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) that in the future you want to actively contribute to the social and economic development of their country of origin. The scholarships are offered both for the young graduates without professional experience and mid-career professionals. The scholarship program is open to candidates from Africa, Latin America, Asia South, Southeast Asia, as well as the Middle East countries.
