Lens School of Visual Arts Announces Scholarship Lens of photography 2013 with the aim of making it accessible to her Masters degree in photography of author and professional photographers of talent projects and facilitate the development of quality projects during the same.
the winner of the scholarship will have covered the academic expenses of the Master, valued at 7,250 euros. Thus, two runners up, involving an aid of 50% discount on courses of the school will be awarded (Master in photography of author and project professionals, Superior course of photography, contemporary photography, creation of projects of course advanced course). In addition, designate is ten finalists that they will enjoy a 35% discount on the above courses.
scholarship is open to the participation of any photographer of age, regardless of their place of origin.
participants assume and accept the bases of the announcement. Any questions about its interpretation shall be resolved by the jury. Breach of any of the bases is the immediate exclusion of the call.
the winner of the scholarship shall be the Master in the call for October 2013. Scholarship can cannot be redeemed in any case by the amount in cash.
each participant must send a photographic project in a single file compressed in .zip or .rar – format whose name must consist of the name and surname of the participant-email email@example.com containing the following:
a .pdf with the title of the project and a description of the same document.
12 photographs numbered in .jpg format (1400 px. in its wider side). The photographs must belong to the same project or series of photographs.
CV format. pdf. and ID card or passport in .jpg format (800 px in its wider side.)
permitted a shipment per person. Duplicate submissions will be deleted, as well as those who do not respect the specified maximum measurements. That way we avoid indigestion in archives .rar, .zip, .jpg or .pdf, whose excessive consumption is contraindicated by the who.
shipping time will end on April 30, 2013 at the midday (Spanish time). The jury – composed of renowned photographers – will announce his ruling public and final form through the web and social networks of LENS School of Visual Arts before May 15, 2013.
the winner of the scholarship will receive a notification via email. His photographs, as well as those of the winners of the prize and finalists may be employed by LENS in campaigns exclusively related to the communication and dissemination of scholarship and the school itself. Ownership, copyright and use of images will continue to belong to their authors.
