Scholarship legal training related to the constitutional doctrine

The Constitutional Court convenes this invitation to tender to awarding six scholarships of 12 months maximum duration for the realization of theoretical-practical legal training activities related to the collection, classification and publication of the doctrine of the Court, in accordance with the foundations listed below.

Fellows will have the advice, guidance and direction of the legal head of the service of constitutional doctrine, who will define the tasks to perform.

the enjoyment of these scholarships will not mean any labour or official link between the fellow and the Constitutional Court.

the strength of each scholarship will be 1,200 euros gross per month. The amounts of the grants shall be paid at the end of each month.


be in possession of the title of Bachelor or graduate in law or a title in another country attesting an equivalent legal training.
Completed studies for obtaining the degree at a later date to January 1, 2007.
Knowledge of English or French corresponding to level B2 of the common European framework of reference for languages (First Certificate, minimum score of 87 on the TOEFL Internet Based Test, Delf B.2, or equivalent).
Preferential merits shall be:
Have a good academic record, especially in matters of public law.
Have completed specialized postgraduate courses or research work related to constitutional justice or related topics.
Having work experience in public institutions, legal professions, or organizations related to human rights, through contractual relationship, collaboration or other similar.
(Prove knowledge of languages other than the given pursuant to point (c)) of the previous paragraph.
Have knowledge of documentary legal information.
