The World Customs Organization offers a scholarship that covers travel, subsistence, admission, registration and other approved expenses to allow that promising directors of offices of developing countries to carry out master’s studies at the Aoyama Gakuin University (AGU) in Tokyo, Japan.

candidates should preferably be less than 40 years of age and fellowships are destined to the masters in strategic management and of intellectual property rights (IPR) of the program in the AGU.

this scholarship is for one academic year from April 2013. There will be a preparatory course of March 2013 for a few weeks before the start of the program.

candidates must be fully competent in English customs officials and at least 3 years of work experience in customs.

the deadline for receipt of applications in this direction is August 30, 2012.
