Fomento de San Sebastian, as Agency development and Department of economic development of San Sebastian, continues in 2013 with the economic stimulus Plan of San Sebastian as a response to the current crisis situation. In this way, Training 2013 Global scholarship program is part of measures aimed at economic stimulation and promotion of employment in compensation with the current policies of austerity.
this scholarship program puts in the market and available to our young people with university degree and professional training of top grade a powerful mechanism that allows paid practices in companies and organizations abroad, activities and projects related to their academic and professional profile for six months.
in total there are 60 available scholarships. The following requirements must be met to qualify for one of the scholarships:
having a qualification of diploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher vocational training.
not have completed 30 years to January 1, 2013.
Be registered in the Basque country with at least one year of uninterrupted seniority, to January 1, 2013.
Have not benefited from other scholarship that has made it possible for stays of more than 6 months the foreign practices.
Level of language that conforms to what you asked the company; and a minimum level that will have to be accredited by title or proof of English.
Conform to the profile required by the company or agency in which there will be practices.
Not be sanctioned administrative or criminal proceedings with the loss of the possibility to obtain grant or State aid, nor be involved in legal prohibition that disable it for this purpose.
the process of selection of candidates will take place during the months of June and July 2013 and shall cover the following milestones: Curriculum Vitae
analysis and assessment of the qualifications, training and experiences or practices in accordance with the general criteria of equality, merit and ability.
Interview with the Court’s selection that will assess the adequacy of the profile of the person candidate to the one requested by the company or foreign body in which to undertake practices.
staffing, fixed by the Basque Government, amounts to 1.124,77 euros per month. The registration period ends on July 15, 2013 both inclusive.
