This resolution aims to convene, in regime of competitive, and in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and not discrimination, a maximum of 20 scholarships to university graduates, to attend the official Master’s degree in constitutional law that gives the center of political studies and constitutional (CEPC) in partnership with the UIMP.
the aid, according to the mode in question, will include registration, an initial amount for costs, maintenance, as well as a health and personal accident insurance policy. The aid will be incompatible with other aid or grants for the same purpose.
addition to the specific requirements of each mode, may be those applicants who meet two requirements on the deadline for submission of applications:
to) be in possession of the title of graduate or degree, in the conditions that are required for the official master of the Spanish University;
b) have nationality which requires each form of aid.
are established the following types of aid:
A) Latin America and Caribbean: may request the help of this mode people who meet the requirements of the former base, are nationals of any of the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. Such aid shall include payment of the official fees, insurance policy, a maximum of 9,000 euros to cover maintenance and 1,500 euros in displacement to Madrid, will be paid in accordance with first second base. This modality is equipped with a maximum of 103,000 euros.
B) European Union and European economic area: may request the help of this mode people that fulfill the requirements of the former base, are nationals of any of the countries of the European Union or the European economic area. This mode includes payment to each of the beneficiaries of official registration, insurance policy, a maximum of 8,200 euros to cover maintenance and 600 euros in displacement to Madrid, will be paid in accordance with first second base. This modality will be equipped with a maximum of 77.500 euros.
aid will begin in October 2013 and will conclude on June 30, 2014.
the deadline for submission of applications will end on July 5, 2013 at 2 p.m. in Madrid.
