the first edition of the scholarship Michael Jacobs opens its call to journalists who are developing an article or original travel book on Latin America and Spain. The bacado will receive USD 5,000 to finance the task of research and writing your article or book. The amount includes taxes that must be paid to the beneficiary and the issuing institutions, and will be delivered in the following manner: 50% to fail is the result of the call, 50% once delivered to the Publisher or publication the text for publication. As part of the scholarship, the winner will be invited to present the project within the programming of the there are Festival Cartagena de Indias.
