The heart of the Tribunal constitutional, at its meeting on April 11, 2013, has adopted the agreement to convene a training scholarship in library science and documentation related to the bibliographic funds of the Constitutional Court.

scholarship aims at the theoretical and practical training in tasks related to the study and bibliographic treatment of monographs and periodicals in the library of the Constitutional Court.

is called a scholarship, which will have a maximum duration of twelve months. Your home will be communicated to the beneficiary simultaneously to the notification of the award. The scholarship may be extended, if it was suitable for the training program and upon acceptance of the person concerned, for a maximum of twelve months, according to budget availability. Those who enjoyed a scholarship not may request it again, unless for reasons not attributable to them had enjoyed a fellowship at Convocation period of less than six months earlier.

scholarship recipient person will have advice, guidance and direction of the Chief Counsel of the Research Department, library and documentation of the Tribunal, who will define the tasks to be carried out in accordance with the training plan.

the enjoyment of these scholarships does not imply linking labor or civil service any scholar and the Constitutional Court.

the endowment of each scholarship will be 1,100 euros gross per month. The amounts of the scholarships will be awarded at the end of each month. The Constitutional Court will ensure the coverage of the risk of accidents and disease for the fellow for the time of duration of the scholarship, on the assumption that these contingencies, have not covered in the terms provided for by the legislation in force.

to apply for these scholarships must meet the following conditions:

to) be in possession of any of the following academic degrees: Bachelor or graduate in library science and documentation or a degree from another country attesting an equivalent training.

b) have completed studies to obtain the University degree after January 1, 2008.

c) be free from disease or physical defect that impede the effective realization of the practice or have been separated, through disciplinary record, the service of the State or any public entity.

will be able to appreciate merits:

to) have a good academic record.

b) specific training in the field of library science and management documentary, additional to that required for obtaining the degree; as well as, where appropriate, training in legal matters.

c) experience in task library and document management, developed in institutions or entities through contractual relationship or collaboration, with the exception of curricular practices leading to an official academic degree.

d) computer skills: systems of databases relational and documentary applications. Office applications. Digitization and image processing.

e) languages German, English or French.

applications shall conform to the model that is published as annex 1 to this agreement which will be available on the web address and they should be sent to. Such requests may be submitted in the General Register of the Constitutional Court, street Domenico Scarlatti, 6. 28003 Madrid, as well as by any of the means indicated in article 38.4 of law 30/1992, of 26 November, legal regime of public administrations and common administrative procedure. The following documents shall be attached

to the signed instance:

a) photocopy of the national identity document or passport.

b) full copy of the academic record with all the qualifications, without prejudice to the subsequent contribution of its certificate in terms of the basis 6.3.

c) Curriculum vitae expressive of:

– academic qualifications, indicating the date of initiation and completion of studies, as well as the date of issue of the title, obtained relevant qualifications and the average rating.

– received or courses taught in specific areas of the call object.

– publications in these areas.

– work, professional or volunteer in document management and library experience.

– Autovalorados, foreign languages according to the scale of six levels of the common European framework of reference for languages developed by the Council of Europe (europass-cv).

– Any other merit strictly related to the grant and that it may be of interest in the opinion of the applicant.

d) documentary justification of the merits and activities reviewed, using simple copy, without prejudice to the subsequent provision of certificates in accordance with 6.3 base.

participants in the call will present a report which is, of orderly and clear, the reasons that motivate the applicant to apply for this scholarship and his perspective on the features and problems of a library specialized in law in the service of the Constitutional Court. The memory will have a maximum of two hundred lines and may be submitted within a maximum period of one month from the day following the publication of this resolution in the «Official Gazette». Assessment reports shall comply with the criteria established in the sixth base.
