Government of Mexico scholarships for foreigners

The Government of Mexico announces scholarships for foreigners whose requests may be submitted until August 30. Will be awarded grants for stays in the framework of the following programmes:

visiting faculty
High level Conference
Genaro Estrada for keeping experts scholarship
Stays for artistic creation
Stays for contributors to media
Improvement of the quality of the Mexican institutions of secondary education and higher

these grants only apply to nationals of the countries considered in this call.

not can reside in Mexico at the time of submitting your application. Except in exceptional cases, the scholarships may not start in the months of November or December.

nominations and request for information must be made to the Embassy of Mexico, located in the country of origin of the applicant, before the concurrent Embassy, or through the receiving Mexican institution. Only will be processing applications that meet all the requirements.

documentation and forms must be in Spanish, or in your case with proper translation.

resolution on the nominations will be notified through the corresponding Embassy of Mexico and/or the receiving Mexican institution.

grants are not transferable nor may differ for other years.

complete original applications must be due in advance. Applications sent by fax or by e-mail will not be accepted.
