the objective is to encourage a new generation of innovative, ethical and socially responsible leaders. Young people who pursue the GCL programme will receive the tools to understand and take on different challenges. They will also learn methods to develop and lead initiatives that will promote the integral development, civic participation, and intersectoral collaborations. At the same time, the programme aims to person to achieve both personal and professional development and get to work together, exchanging ideas and opinions that encourage constant reflection on the reality around the world.
the only requirements to be eligible candidate is to have 24 to 34 years, you have completed a Bachelor’s degree, have knowledge of the English language and be citizen resident of any of the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela or Spain.
