Every year in the month of November, the Foundation Committee Spanish of of the United World Colleges organises a competition for awarding ten grants to study the international baccalaureate in schools that has this organization spread across 13 countries in four continents.
the allocation of grants, on a biennial basis is 45,000 €, and includes schooling, accommodation and living expenses in schools. The Foundation will also study with extraordinary aid to deal with the travel.
the next call for courses 2013-2015, will open in November 2012.
Possess Spanish nationality at the time of the call or have lived in Spain the past eight years and be processed by nationality.
Having been born in the years 1996 or 1997.
Be studying 4 º ESO or 1st Bachelor’s degree, and in both cases, have approved the previous year.
Have a good academic record and basic knowledge of English.
Having filled out the form according to the final instructions and the required documentation.
The schools award scholarships takes place based on the final classification. The student who has obtained a higher score on the set of tests carried out in the selection process will thus be the first to choose College; then player the second ranked, then to the third and so forth. For this reason, each student must indicate the three schools you want to go and in almost all cases end up enrolling in one of the three that they themselves have chosen.

Since it opened the College of the Atlantic in 1962, more than 40,000 students from 181 countries have gone through the classrooms and the residences that this organization has spread around the globe: from Canada to the India, passing through Venezuela, Costa Rica, United States, Swaziland, Holland, Norway, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, United Kingdom, Singapore and China.
