The first edition of creating literary Fundación Han Nefkens scholarship was a success, with 202 projects submitted, and therefore the FHN, IDEC and Alfabia are betting on a particularly valuable initiative in the current times of crisis, which defends the importance of Barcelona as the literary and publishing capital of the Castilian language, and convened the Second Edition.
in this second edition, all those writers and writers in the Spanish language may participate born after September 1, 1979, wishing it.
the scholarship includes a monthly salary of 1,300 euros a year, enrollment in the master’s degree in literary creation of IDEC-UPF and the publication of the book in the Alfabia Editorial.
delivery of requests ends on January 15.
the jury of the first edition (Lourdes Iglesias, Ignacio Vidal Folch and Juan Villoro writers) awarded the grant to the young Mexican writer Eduardo Ruiz Sosa, who is already studying the Master and working on his first novel, which will be published at the beginning of 2014.
for this second edition is has presence with Publisher Juan Manuel Martos and writers Remedios Zafra and Daniel Gascón as members of the jury.
the second scholarship fails in April of next year.
