Announcement of scholarships for level master’s degree in Public Policy and Good Governance in Germany in 2013-2014.
these scholarships are aimed at young graduates of Bachelor’s degree, with or without professional experience in the field of social sciences, economics and management. These scholarships are funded by the German service of academic exchange, DAAD.
the program has a duration of one or two years depending on the selected University and training is delivered in English or German.

the following masters are mostly taught in German by requiring an advanced level of German:
Public Economics, Law and Politics (PELP) – Leuphana University of Lüneburg: mainly in German, with some modules in English
Master of Governance and Public Policy – University of Passau – in English and German
Master of Management in non-profit Organisations – University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück – in German
scholarship covers a monthly allowance to cover the costs of living, support for travel costs of the fellow, health insurance and a lump sum for purposes of study and research, and 4 to 6-month German course (this also applies to masters in English)
students who receive a scholarship of DAAD as part of this program shall be exempt from the payment of tuition fees.
as minimum requirements there shall be one period longer than 6 years between the qualification of the degree and timing of delivery of your request (close call). Candidates who already have more than one year in Germany at the time of the grant may not occur to this call.

Application with recent photographs and original signature form. “” Option should be marked on the homepage “Sonstige Programme” and append the name of the Fellowship “Public Policy and Good Governance” (PPGG). Does not accept forms completed in Spanish.
Letter of motivation (explaining the reasons for which the candidate chooses a certain program, its history and plans for the future and re-entry to the labour market in Mexico; approx. 1-2 pages)
Full Curriculum Vitae
Two letters of recommendation from teachers of the respective specialty or current or former employer with the following characteristics: letterhead of the institution and autograph signature of the person who recommended. Does not accept letters in sealed envelope.

certificate of secondary education with qualifications
Certificate of degree qualifications (academic record), including a record of the retrieved average and a definition of the rating system implemented at the University
Certificate of language proving knowledge of the German language at the time of submitting application; for German or German-English courses are recommended knowledge level to 2.
Certificate of mastery of the English language, if the course is taught in English (minimum TOEFL 550 points or equivalent certificates)
List of publications (in your case)
Additional documents, depending on the desired (to clarify with the University) program.
of all documents that are not written in German or English, must attach the corresponding certified translations. Applications must be delivered in the order mentioned above, no staple and without folder, 3 identical games should be the following order: original, copy, copy. Original academic documents or translations, except the original format of application and letters of recommendation should not be delivered. Incomplete applications are not accepted.
deadline for receipt of record: July 31, 2013. The results will be known in December 2013 or later in January 2014.
