Carrillo Oñativia fellowships are aimed at researchers in the field who perform their activities preferably in hospitals and primary care centers of health, universities, institutes, governmental and non-governmental, in (non-pharmacological) clinical research and public health. This scholarship program does not fund basic research. While scholarships are individual, seeks the development of research to contribute to the strengthening of the capacities of the institutions in which the research is carried out and to endorse the nomination.

to participate in the call for scholarships Carrillo Oñativia 2015, applicants must meet the following criteria:
not having obtained three or more Carrillo Oñativia fellowships. Not receive other scholarships from the Ministry of health of the nation to be beneficiary of the beca Carrillo Oñativia. Own degree (or certificate of title pending) racing for four or more years duration. Having a director of scholarship with a history of health research or management in the subject area of the proposed research, certifying their participation as such. Written authorization from the institution that supports the investigation, signed by the director or by a competent authority of the institution; for example the Committee of teaching and research. It is recommended that the institution that supports the project is where the research is conducted. Having the opinion of approval of the Research Ethics Committee (IEC) of the institution that supports the project or, if it had not, of a comiteexterno to the institution; Apart from the exceptions defined in the Guide to research in human health. It is essential to respect provincial regulations regarding health research. The theme of the project must be framed in health research priorities defined by the Ministry of health for this call. the postulation of the project will take place between September 22 to December 9, 2014 inclusive, through the system online access to which will be published on the website www.saludinvestiga.org.ar.
each fellow will receive an annual allocation of $50,000 (fifty thousand pesos) distributed as follows: $45,000 as a stipend for the scholarship and $5,000 to be delivered to the institution that support it.
