The center of energy research, environmental and technology (CIEMAT) announces aid in certain areas of expertise on matters related to the functions and activities which are the responsibility of this body.

the purpose of the present call is given 14 grants for research staff in training (FPI) of those university graduates who wish to carry out a doctoral thesis.

requirements of applicants

possess Spanish nationality, or be a national of a member country of the European Union, being a foreigner with residence permit in Spain or student visa at the time of requesting aid.
Be in possession of the title required or exceeded the requirements for access to third cycle or the official postgraduate studies: Spanish official title of Licenciado, engineer, architect, or graduate / / Spanish official title of diploma, technical engineer or technical architect and have passed at least 60 credits of graduate.
Have passed 300 credits between undergraduate and postgraduate, of which at least 60 correspond to graduate, although the studies leading to the Spanish title of Licenciado, engineer, architect or graduate has not been finalized.
Having completed studies after January 1, 2008. For this purpose, he would take as the date for the completion of studies which is accredited that they have passed all the subjects and academic requirements that constitute the complete program of the degrees.
Possess a weighted grade point average of the academic equal to or greater than 1.50.

the duration of this aid will be of a maximum of 48 months, calculated from the date of incorporation of the beneficiary to the CIEMAT, extinguished by the course of this timeout or the last day of the third calendar month following the obtaining of the degree of Doctor.

these 48 months are structured in two distinct periods.
