The Government of Germany offers scholarships for this international course, jointly with UNEP and UNESCO, conducted by the University of technology Dresden through the CIPSEM since 1977. He is aimed at experts and managers from developing countries and emerging, responsible for environmental protection, planning, management and economic development, with university degree and experience in the subject (2 years minimum), aged between 25 and 45 years of age and good level of English.
The programme – which begins in September of the current year and ends in July of the following – comprises a six-month course that covers a broad spectrum of topics and several short courses of 3 to 4 weeks in very specific environmental topics.
There are 21 quotas of scholarships to cover travel costs and expense of maintenance during their stay.
Applications must be submitted to the TU Dresden by the candidates nominated until 1 June 2010.
